Kathy ChaseKathy is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the State of Illinois. She holds a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, and a B.S. in Education from Ashland University, Ashland, Ohio. She holds professional memberships with the American Counseling Association, the Illinois Mental Health Counselors Association, the American Association of Christian Counselors, and the Illinois Counseling Association.

As a Christian Counselor, Kathy previously served as an Assistant Director in a university counseling center, and presently enjoys occasional teaching in a graduate school. Kathy has experience working with individuals in a variety of settings. She loves helping people discover their strengths; encounter God's presence and peace in the midst of challenges, sufferings, or deep loss; and make choices or take actions that turn dreams and desires into reality. In addition to her clinical work and teaching, Kathy facilitates community workshops, retreats, and seminars.

Kathy's story includes marriage, widowhood, and the enjoyment of family and grandchildren. When not playing with the "Grands," Kathy may be found biking, exploring, reading, traveling, or sharing life with friends.
