My work often focuses on helping individuals find their strength and resilience in order to gain emotional health. I have a passion to help others better understand themselves, and to assist them in understanding and strengthening their relationships. My passion for people helping is partially born from experiencing a rich twenty-five years of marriage before becoming widowed and challenged to embrace new strengths in my life journey. I have three adult children, all recently married. I enjoy a variety of hobbies including biking, gardens, reading, writing, music, and my recent challenge in learning the game of golf.”
