Arielle Trantham, MA, LPC
Arielle works with adolescents and adults who feel overwhelmed, weighed down by anxiety or sadness, or stuck in patterns they want to change.
She creates a safe, steady space where clients can explore their challenges, name the deeper questions beneath their pain, and begin building more grounded and meaningful lives.
Arielle's clinical style is warm, collaborative, and focuses on helping clients untangle emotional overwhelm, understand the roots of their struggles, and take practical steps toward healing and growth.
Special Experience Shapes her Approach
Before becoming a counselor, Arielle spent eight years in overseas Christian ministry, using creative arts to connect with people across cultures. Combined with her experience growing up in the church, she understands the comfort, questions, and complexity faith can bring. She offers a space where clients can explore their spiritual life—whether wrestling, rebuilding, or seeking clarity—without pressure or judgment.
People who come to Arielle often seek:
Relief from anxiety, overthinking, depression, or spiritual concerns
More emotional steadiness and healthier relationships
Support through grief or painful past experiences
A safe place to process spiritual questions
A clearer sense of identity, purpose, and hope
