The answer to this insightful question may reveal a need for assistance, for self-care, for a safe place. Kristin would like to help you explore, with tenderness and curiosity, what it is that you need to feel safe, peace, and whole in this world.

Kristin asks her clients to take an active role in their therapeutic journey, assigning "out-of-session" reading and homework to deepen the impact of their work together.

Kristin is married with four children ranging in ages from 5-18. She enjoys good coffee, long walks, exploring others' stories, and fostering meaningful relationships.
