Hope Mozo, M.A., LPC

Hope is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Illinois who helps women, teens, adults, and couples find freedom from the patterns that keep them feeling stuck.

Clients often come to her feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stretched thin by competing responsibilities. Hope creates a calm, collaborative space where clients can slow down, make sense of what they’re carrying, and begin taking steady steps toward peace and stability.

Who Hope Works With

Hope supports clients who are navigating:

  • Anxiety and constant worry

  • Depression, hopelessness, and burnout

  • Women seeking healing from emotional abuse

  • Substance use and addictive patterns

  • Life transitions, especially for young adults

  • Couples seeking to repair, strengthen, or renew their relationship

Hope’s Approach

Hope is passionate about helping clients identify and break free from unhealthy thought and behavior patterns so they can move toward the life of freedom God intends for them. She celebrates each small victory with her clients and encourages them to embrace their identity as beloved children of God.

Her style is warm, steady, and collaborative. She walks alongside clients rather than in front of them—honoring their story, their pace, and their personal journey toward change.

Special Heart for Women in Ministry and Leadership

With extensive ministry and church leadership experience, Hope feels particularly called to support women who are balancing home, work, and ministry. She helps them:

  • Set and maintain healthy boundaries

  • Navigate burnout and emotional overload

  • Find connection with others in similar seasons of life

  • Reclaim joy and a sense of calling

Background

Hope received her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, graduating with high honors, and her B.A. in Sports and Wellness Management from Trinity International University.
