Therapeutic Approach
As a counselor, Josiah is passionate about helping clients cultivate balance, meaning, and authenticity in their lives. His approach centers on simplifying the complex, inspiring new perspectives, and offering thoughtful insight.
He believes that real and lasting change is possible. Often, this begins by exploring a client’s core values and how those values align—or misalign—with daily thoughts and actions. From there, Josiah collaborates with clients to identify creative and practical next steps that help move them toward their goals.
Josiah views the therapeutic relationship as a sacred and transformative connection—one that extends far beyond the content of any single session. He prioritizes creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can learn, practice, and strengthen relational and emotional skills that support healthier living both inside and outside the counseling room.
