Jasmine Jaurigue, M.A., LPC

Jasmine’s early work as a case manager shaped her conviction that healing requires both compassion and practical support. She has experience walking alongside individuals navigating substance use recovery, severe mental illness, and homelessness—experiences that deepen her empathy and inform her whole-person approach to care.

Clinical Focus & Approach

Jasmine is passionate about helping clients develop self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthy relational patterns. She offers a grounded, faith-integrated approach that supports growth across mind, body, and soul, and she especially loves helping people discover hope and peace in God amid pain and uncertainty.

Her areas of specialty include:

  • Emotional dysregulation and attachment wounds

  • Codependency and boundary-setting

  • Addiction and recovery

  • Unhealthy or painful relationship patterns

  • Life transitions and cultural complexity

  • Anxiety and depression

Jasmine creates a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can understand their stories, practice new skills, and move toward a more grounded and empowered life.
