Her Approach

Sarah engages counseling from a Christian perspective, offering compassionate guidance rooted in the belief that God desires healing, restoration, and fullness of life for every person. She helps clients identify thoughts, patterns, and wounds that keep them stuck so they can move toward greater peace, freedom, and emotional wholeness.

Clients often describe her as grounded, encouraging, and deeply attuned to their stories. For Sarah, it is an honor to walk alongside those seeking hope, clarity, and lasting change.

Experience Matters...

Before joining White Stone, Sarah developed and led the first Social Services Unit at the Palatine Police Department. She provided crisis intervention for situations such as domestic violence, sexual assault, missing persons, child abuse, suicide risk, and other traumatic events. She also offered individual, marital, and family counseling addressing addiction, trauma, abuse, and juvenile behavioral concerns.

At White Stone, her work has included therapy with individuals, couples, families, children, and teens, as well as parent coaching, conflict resolution, and spiritual support.

Sarah has also served extensively in church communities—mentoring and supporting women through relational, family, and spiritual challenges.
